OPEN CALL for permanent residents of URBAN HUB
Urban hub Pančevo is opening applications for its first generation of coworkers.
We officially open on October 1st.
We run on a 3-in-1 principle: coworking for permanent members, free space for non-profit organizations, and education programs for (young) professionals.
Six selected coworkers (the hub’s permanent residents) get their own fixed spot in the space, reserved exclusively for them!
What you get for 13,700 RSD (€117) a month
YOUR SPOT
- Named workspace at the community table in the permanent residents’ room
- Personal lockable cabinet
- Access to monitors and a phone booth
- 24/7 access to the space (nights, weekends, holidays)
- 12h of free meeting room time per month
- Kitchen access with free coffee, tea, and filtered water
community & programs
- Free entry to all hub events
- 3 free slots per year to host your own event (meetup, exhibition, workshop)
- Access to the hub’s online business community
- The chance to join projects run by the hub, as well as organizations and companies from the hub community
- Free printers and scanners
- Option to invite up to 3 people per day to the hub

- Company registration at the hub’s address and free mail reception
- Option to apply for the Erasmus program for young entrepreneurs (paid business trips to EU)
- Chance to join the mentor team providing pro bono and commercial support to the hub’s business community
- Networking with entrepreneurs and access to advisory business support when you need it
Straight up about the price
13,700 RSD (€117) a month. No VAT, no deposit, no hidden costs. Electricity, heating, internet, cleaning, kitchen, and coffee are all included. That’s about 620 dinars per working day. Roughly what you’d pay for two coffees and two hours of parking.
Paid in advance, for the month ahead. Membership runs for 12 months and the price stays fixed for the whole year. We’re choosing six people, and with you we start building a new business community in Pančevo.
The first 15 days are a trial. If we realize it’s not working out, we shake hands and part ways with nothing owed.
Who we're looking for
We haven’t set any conditions around what you do for a living. The hub is an open space that brings together a business community, and alongside the six permanent residents, it’ll host professionals, people from non-profit organizations, workshop attendees, and event guests. So what matters more to us:
- That the hub is your primary workspace, not a place you drop by twice a month
- That you feel good in a lively space. We’re not after library silence, but not chaos either
- That you’re willing to give something back to the community — advice, a contact, a workshop, an hour of your time
- That a one-year commitment isn’t a problem for you, but something that gives you a sense of security
timeline
- We’re holding an open day on August 12th, 5–8 PM. Come see the space. No appointment, no obligation. We recommend coming before you apply
- Applications are open until August 18th
- Individual visits and interviews between August 22nd–25th
- Selection results by August 31st
- Trial period from September 15th to October 1st
